Adam's has a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (BHK) in Exercise Science with a minor in early childhood development and sports nutrition from the University of British Colombia and a post-graduate degree in Osteopathy Manual Practice (DOMP) from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.
